Can’t recommend Imelda highly enough. It was a completely relaxed experience. She talked to my two daughters rather than over them, ensuring they understood what was happening, were at ease and then how to look after their new piercings. It was just us in her quiet treatment room, no busy shop floor to compound my daughters’ nerves. This is definitely the place to go for ear-piercing!
